What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the closet organizer for its customizable design, adjustable shelves, and sleek appearance that transforms spaces affordably. Most find assembly straightforward with clear instructions, completing it in about an hour. Many appreciate the modular components, matte black hardware, and premium look despite the particle board construction. Some note the online design tool helps with planning. A few mention concerns about material durability and missing pre-drilled holes. Overall, reviewers consider it an excellent value and plan to purchase additional units.

Assembly was super easy with detailed instructions. It came with plastic wall mounting brackets, but if you spend a few extra bucks and get some metal ones to really secure it in place this thing is solid. Things feel cheap and wobbly when they aren't secured in place so take the time to prevent wobbling and this thing will last a long time. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to organize a closet without breaking the bank. I liked this one so much I ended up buying 2 more for other closets...
Closet organizer
All good with the exception of the feet and the ability to adjust the height. Foot boards to thin and I ended up not being able to use the feet.

This system is garbage, pass
The amount of work you need to do to install, properly measure, and go back and potentially redo work due to subpar building components is not worth the price your save. Honestly just get something more solid, permanent, or requiring less work. As a kit, it's prone to having damaged panels, and the end result looks very tacky.
nice finish
Nice looking with trim

Great closet organizer
We just installed this and it looks great. The assembly/installation took a little longer than I thought it would but that's because we had to do some cutting of the shelves and rod.

Damaged and Poor Customer Service
I wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. The closet system itself is pretty decent quality however our box arrived damaged, which damaged one of the side panels and both of the back panels. I’ve contacted Lowe’s three times now about a refund and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received one. I can’t file a claim with FedEx since Lowe’s was the shipper. Every time I call or email I get the same run around-that they see there has been a case filed but they can’t tell ...

Beautiful!!
Bought this to replace the wire shelf for our daughter’s bedroom! Looks fantastic. We have had closets installed and you can’t tell this was self installed and not from pricy company!!

it was a piece of crap I threw it away. not very sturdy at all It was a waste of money it fell apart and broke before anything was put on it and yes it was put together right the drawers I bought and put together where very strong and good just can't use them until I get a new cabinet to put them in. I won't buy parietal board stuff again
