ClosetMaid Mudroom Storage Collection

Not durable

I just purchased this and used a lot of care and patience putting it together knowing particle board isn't the sturdiest. However, it still chipped in many spots and arrived chipped in a few spots too. It's just not durable and I don't think it's worth the money as I don't see it holding up very well long term.

Poor quality

When putting this together the pressed wood chips are not strong and crack very easy. It is not solid as you put the sides together. When stacking the top to the bottom they have 1 frail dowel stick. No mounting to hold the two together.

Great, solid closet organization unit!!!

The shelving unit was well made, easy to assemble and all parts were in the package. easy to customize the way my wife wanted it in her closet. Also bought a couple of the drawer units to put in the tower. The drawers went together easily and are solid when assembled. All instructions were well written and easy to follow. Would buy these again. Would highly recommend!

Beware you may get a returned item

I purchase this kit online. I didn’t open the box right away thinking it was a brand new item because I was going to work on my closet a month later. I found out the closet kit Lowe’s gave me it was a returned item someone else tried assembling and struggle to assemble it, and did some minor damages to the melamine. Closet Space Maximizer!

Very happy with the ClosetMaid Brightwood 25"wide Tower system. Easy to assemble and the adjustable rods are sturdy and strong. Added 2 upper shelves and secured them with 4 ClosetMaid white shelf bracket kits. The rods, when installed really firm up the tower unit.

Too many headaches

Not sure who to blame but this shopping experience has only cost me headaches. I ordered the unit and 3 shelves to install with it. Lowe’s delivered me 1 shelf and a box of shaker cabinets. For starters, I did not even receive what I paid for. I cannot do anything without the actual unit. Secondly, I did not even order shaker cabinet doors.
