I bought the product to get my own PH in balance to assist with battling cancer, hoping that my PH being in balance would slow down or even put the battle more into my favor, but for now all is stable.

Unreliable, inconsistent

Used most of the pack before we leveled up with a more expensive but much more reliable kit from Trouble Free Pool

Pool Salt and Chlorine tab

Both products worked as expected. My pool required 14 bags of salt to reach proper salinity. $7.18 per bag with military discount. Cheapest I,ve found around. This is the start up of a salt chlorine generated pool. The chlorine tab was simply a boost until enough chlorine could be generated by the Salt Chlorine Generator. Works well

Other shocks can stain my liner. This product did not. Additionally two other big stores were out of stock, but Lowe's had it so I could close my pool on my schedule.

bad policy

I went into the store because the app showed that the chlorine was on sale for $50 off. it did not show anywhere that it had to be purchased online. I went and picked up the 35 lbs bucket and carried it up to the cash register. it rang up for normal price and did not have the discount. I was told that the price was online only and they refused to take the money off even though I showed them it did not show online only. I had to waste time standing in the store to purchase it to get the discount....

Problem Solver

I bought a house with a problematic pool this year. No screen and leaves fall in it from my neighbor trees constantly making it dirty and green. I tried pool store products and lost a lot of money with issues persisting. I tried liquid chlorine and that worked better but pool was still green. Then, I tried Clorox Pool Shock Extra Blue. I have yet to see my pool turn green. It is amazing. Buy it and see for yourself.

Design of the container is disappointing

I'm torn on how many stars to give this because I do like the idea of the product and the tablets, however, none of the tablets are whole. All of the tablets either have chunks missing or are ground up on the bottom of the container. This was an in store pickup order from Lowes, so it's not like someone threw the package around and threw it on my porch. I have the 3inch tablets and they were not individually wrapped. It works. Keeps pool free from algae.

Have been getting this product from Lowes for a long time.

Happy

It had a broader rage of treating three different types algae and the price was significantly less than other products that only treat one type of algae. Also, I liked that Lowe’s gave me a military discount! (:>D
