Damaged item
I ordered this online. Evidently it arrived in Tucson, where I live. It was damaged! It is a liquid. Rather than inform me it had been damaged, it just showed as delayed in Tucson for FIVE DAYS!! Evidently, Lowe's would have me wait indefinitely for this product rather than inform me it had been damaged and a replacement was being sent. Poor, poor, poor customer service! I had to research it myself via Lowe's chat line.
CAT PEE on a concrete basement floor!! UGH!
I dont do many reviews but I sure read them so I went for this one after about 5 others. My 18 year old cat is blind and sometimes pees in the basement. Out of no where one day the smell was unreal and came thru the HVAC upstairs in the home! I bought all kinds of stuff, even did homemade stuff and it still smelled. Really works for me!
This is a cleaner I can't live without. I first used it for my parents toilets. It removed the urine smell entirely. I also have 4 cats and I have purchased too many different products that have left me disappointed- until i discovered this one. My one older male cat will pee on the other cats toys out of spite! No health issues for this behavior. This spray removes the smell entirely on all types of surfaces. I have had zero damage on carpets, furniture, LV tile, plastic, or painted surfaces....

Great for homes with pets or potty training toddle
This spray is amazing! With a toddler who was potty training, urine tends to get onto the floor in the bathroom. But this spray freshen the bathroom and gets rid of the urine smell very fast. It’s not too strong and it’s not too harsh. I would absolutely recommend.

Best product on the market
Wow. Puppy training is difficult. You know they make messes. Lots of messes. I’ve used many other products on carpets, furniture, floors and nothing holds a candle to this. No stains ZERO smells, regardless the type of mess. If you have pets, children, or are a care giver, you need this product.

Great Product!
This is a great product! I used this to clean my basement's concreate floor after my roommate's dog started having accidents on the floor. Now you wouldn't even know a dog is in my house.
A little iffy on this one
I'll start by saying our stains were bad as they may have been there longer than we thought. In any case, while the product did work it took 2 or 3 times and we still weren't 100% sure the scent came completely out of our cushions. This product seems to have a scent of it's own as well, I could smell it more than my wife, better than the urine scent but a little less than a pleasing scent. Not sure I'd recommend this product, it is the cheapest product we found though.
