Rusting already

5 months old and rusting Flames are not high enough

7 months and loving it

this is not my first charbroil grill. I have used Charbroil on and off for about 30 years. last large grill was a weber, lasted many years. Having recently built an outdoor kitchen was looking for a quality grill to be built in. The 5 burner medallion fit the bill. easy installation. easy to use, heats up quick, yet able to control temp from about 250 degrees up to about 800 degrees. Overall great product, and I know the hcarbroil support is fantastic from past experience.

This is a nice grill but not super-hot

I converted my grill to LP. I am still learning to use this grill but I know already it does not get particularly hot. It has trouble searing a steak. I mean, it cannot sear a steak even with 15 min warm-up time on full blast. Maybe this is a good thing to keep from burning stuff, but I like a steak seared. I'll keep trying. The product is nicely made and easy to install. Lighted knobs feature unnecessary but kinda cool. The install instructions are wrong if you want the grill body to be flush...

Ignitor stopped working on 2nd use

Spent over 1k on this item and had install when we redid our outdoor kitchen. The space in the tile was cut to fit this grill. The very 1st time it light up quickly. The 2nd and 3rd time it was used, it did not want to light. I do not like this grill, I told my husband to stick to charcoal to begin with smh

Needed for outdoor kitchen in Belize... Hoping

This outdoor grill is perfect in size and I value all of the features. I am using it in Belize so I was really picky about what I would get, how much I would spend (because I also have to pay duty and shipping to get it here), and the long term value. I hope I made the right decision when I look back 5 years from now. I think I did.

The Good - The Bad - The Ugly

The good: It is inexpensive and functions as it should. The bad: The grill seems good but has some setbacks. It really should have a battery operated ignition. It should come with both the propane and natural gas parts. It also should have angle brackets that go all the way around.

Elegant looking and very useful features

Very easy to install. The lighting feature is nice and the red led lights on the control knobs look elegant. The unit looks very sturdy! I can't wait to start using this grill!

Was well built and priced great. I didn't expect this much quality for such a reasonable price.
