What Customers Are Saying
The air fryer produces juicy, flavorful, and crispy results for cooking turkeys and other meats quickly, typically around 10 minutes per pound. Customers find it easy to use with simple setup and cleanup, and appreciate that it frees up the kitchen oven for other dishes. While a few experienced quality control issues, the majority were very satisfied with the product's performance and would highly recommend it.

I don’t normally give reviews but after seeing someone post about having rubbery skin on their turkey and chicken, I had to. I have used my fryer several times now to fry a turkey. I’ve fried them outside when the temperature has been between 25-30 with plenty of wind. Not one of them ever came out with the skin rubbery. When conditions are like that, you have to keep the top screen on it during the entire cook time and increase the cook time. One of the other things I’ve done is set the frye...

Great fryer. Not any issues what-so-ever.
Don't know why people bash this fryer. Have had mine for over 6 years. Does a turkey in 2 to 2 1/2 hr's. Does 2 chickens in about the same time. Have used it every year since buying it & cook in it 2 to 3 times a year. It will cook 5 to 6 turkeys on one barbecue size bottle of propane with some gas left over. I use it in cold, windy, rainy and warm weather under my outside pagoda with the same result's each time. Use a long thermometer with a 12" probe to read the temp. Don't leave it stuck in t...

Like any style cooker. Experience will pay off
Nice product, good quality and good value. A lot of helpful recipes for the Big Easy just by searching for them on Google. First attempt might not be perfect, but has turned out good. For instance putting the lid on for 15 minutes will make poultry skin crisp. Do to temperature outside or in fryer you may have to add a few minutes for your desired crispiness

Problems with igniter
I purchased a new CB air fryer/turkey fryer and the igniter doesnt work. It is an integrated gas adjuster/igniter knob so it can only ignite once befoe you have to turn the whole thing off. This serms to be a big flaw because previous air fryer versions had the igniter and propane be independently controlled by two knobs so you can ignite it multiple times if it fails to ignite the first time. In my case, I followed the instructions to wait for gas to flow for 3 seconds before turning the knog a...

Air Fryer - NO Oil Needed
Very much liked everything about the "Big Easy" Air Fryer. Easy to set up out of the box. No need for "Peanut Oil" and the fear of the kids getting grease burned. Cooked a 18lb Turkey in 2 hours and the Turkey was fantastic. Cleanup took all of 10 min. Highly recommend the Big Easy Air Fryer. You do need a small BBQ - LP Fuel tank to hook to the Big Easy.

Great Steak
My first cook on the Big Easy Air Fryer. Cooked a 3.5 lb chunk of Beef Tenderloin. Seasoned it with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Cooked it @45 minutes and pulled it out when the internal temperature reached 120 degrees. Lett it rest and Sliced it, absolutely one of the best tasting steaks I've ever ate Could have let the internal temp come up to around 125 degree. The very center was pretty rare. But I like a rare steak.

Difficult assembly
Design engineers deserve a back yard beating. Base is nearly impossible to assemble. It took more tries than a rigged carnival game to get the screws mounted to hold up the base. Screws are tiny, holes are so unreachable even with a magnetic screwdriver holding the screws. Wasted an hour of my life for something that would have taken two minutes if it had only been designed for real human beings with decent DIY level skills to assemble. Even nicked my finger in the process.

Don’t waste you money
My son and I both bought the Big Easy oil less frying and it was totally a failure. Breast up, 165 internal temp, 10 mins per pound. Looked good till I pulled it out and bottom was raw. We had an old style oil less fryer and it cooked perfect. So 2 hours late and turkey really ruined we ate our substandard stilll raw in spots we ate. So unhappy. My sons he bought did exactly the same

Convenience that yields better results
Fried with oil fryers for years, but this yields the same results without the 8 hours of oil cool down time and filtering oil for storage with related cleanup. The cook time doubles, but it’s worth the wait! You can also safely fry in your garage without battling the wind or risking a 20 foot grease fire.
