I bought this mower two weeks ago to replace the 1998 model I have been using. I like the tighter turning radius. I hope it holds up as well as my old Craftsman model.
Price Right I had it working 20 minutes after drop off which was perfect brand new unit zero dirt or scratches .the team at the store were great super service and delivery was outstanding AAA+++++ T2200k is all the mower you need plus Has the new Kohler KT720 engine you can feel the power cuts great easy to operate will recommend to anyone Craftsman is coming backstrong !!!!

This mower was delivered to my home on 4/16/2025 without a key and a flat tire. Not a huge deal. I spent some money on fix a flat and got it to seal up so the tire would hold pressure. Then I had to go in to town to Lowes to pick up the key. Not a huge deal like I said, mistakes happen. This mower did fine all last summer. Craftsman T2200K Kohler 747cc
I've had this rider mower for almost 3 months now and an estimated 11 hours on it and no problems yet. This is a huge step up from my old JD with a 500cc B&S. Wet grass , tall grass, thick grass, combination of all 3, this motor doesn't even sniffle! I ve already done the preemptive breakin oil change with new oil filter. Purchased a “brand new” T2200K Craftsman 42” Lawn Tractor. After doing a lot of research, this model seemed to be the best bang for the buck new unit and fully featured. Does not work, horrible customer service.
Since I bought this in March 2025, it has been in the shop for at least 4 times, for a few months each time. I hardly have used this. The lawn mower starts when I first turn it on, then if I shut it off for any reason, it will not start up again. The first time at the shop they said it needed a new battery. Stay Away

Poor service
I ordered the mower online during their "deal of the day" email. They contacted me with a delivery day of 2 days later. It took 3 weeks to be delivered, arrived dusty and dirty and with no fuel in the mower to check it out. After I made a quick trip for some gas, what a surprise--dead battery. Wrong paperwork, they left info for a briggs& Stratton motor but the mower has a Kohler v-twin. Also missing the battery retention strap.

warranty sucks
purchased in April. have had nothing but issues. called for warranty work end of July only I warranty shop in my area otherwise the next closest shop is over an hour away. Mid September. still waiting on shop to get my mower in for warranty repair. will never buy a mower from them again

Not at all happy with purchase
Purchased a NEW Craftsman mover with bagger attachment. Aug 3. Store delivered mower to me on August 8th. Woke up 9 am and found Mower in my driveway. Examined mower. Bagger chute looked dirty. Opened up bagger and there was grass clippings in bagger. Tried to start the mower and it did not start. Lowes delivered a USED mower to me.
