can't mow lawn

I bought this mower for a total of $2400 on sale at Lowe's and have not been able to mow my lawn yet. It is missing a part, the chute won't open so all of the cut grass gets caught up in the blade, then the battery died, all before the one month deadline of returning it. Disappointed and disgusted.

Vibration is horrible. Dies when trying to use level 1 or 2 cutting on grass that isn't high. This model is below average. The same model i bought last year is far superior to the one I purchased the end of July. Doesn't mulch worth a flip. I didn't believe I'll buy another one of these.

Craftsman T100 36in from

This was a great buy. I have a big yard slightly bigger than normal and as a disabled veteran It was hard to cut it with my regular lawn mower. This made the job a 100% easier. And I got the smaller mower but it’s perfect for someone with a regular yard and larger. Thanks

Ordered a riding lawnmower . Recieved it today . All was good on the mower until I put it i forward and reverse and it would not move when the break was released. Something had not been hooked up . I need someone to come and fix or replace it

I like the mower, but....

I like the mower but...the brake is too far for me to reach comfortably. I have to move forward to reach the brake which makes the mower turn off. It vibrates more than I think it should. Why was only 1 key provided?

Good Machine

Aside from it being delivered with a dead battery which kelp me from starting it right away (I had to jump it off). I talked to the M.O.D. at lowes and he said all he could do was to come and pick up this mower and replace it with another I told him all I needed was a battery but he said he couldn't just send me a battery. So I jumped it off and it ran just fine, too bad lowes management can't be fixed as easy.
