Saw blade is an annoying gimmick

Purchased this to replace an old Craftsman I have had for years. The blade cuts well, but the saw blade on the end is an annoying useless gimmick. Whenever I tried to use it while trimming heavy shrubs it would just shack the branch back and forth, even putting a good amount of pressure against the angle brace to try and steady it. Total crap: broke 1st 20 minutes. Please don't buy

If I could give this a zero stars or less I would. Please, please, please don't buy this trimmer. It's total junk. I am a real person, a real customer (I is not a bot. Bot's ain't gonna make tyipos, or gwammer errors. :) . I did buy this trimmer, and I am the one that used it. I used the first one that I bought 4 times before the blades jammed up. The replacement that Craftsman sent out lasted 20 minutes, and then the blades locked up. Totally unusable. I regret having wasted $99 on this pie...

Poor Quality

I purchased this on May 6, 2024. I have used this around 5 times since then and it's performed subpar to my older Black & Decker 12". I planted 25 bushes in my yard and wanted to upsize my hedger to lessen the time spent trimming. Maybe I got the lemon out of this lot of Craftsmen trimmers. The first few times of poor cutting I attributed to maybe the branches were too narrow and soft since my plants were young. But yesterday was no different. The branches on my plants have since grown thicker....

I was looking for an electric hedge trimmer as I had one for many many years, but finally died on me and I picked this craftsman hedge trimmer up and it completed my job in no time at all and was absolutely fantastic and for the price how could you go wrong? I know everybody would like battery powered things, but they just don't cut it when you're doing big projects.

Piece of Junk - Broke after 4 uses. Don't buy.

I used it 4 times. It broke. I can't even cut a twig with it now. It's crap. Piece of junk. Don't buy it. Invest in a better trimmer. Craftsman did send a replacement without packing it in a shipping box. It arrived bent. They won't replace the bust equipment they shipped out. I have to send back the replacement so that they can review and decide what to do, and send me out another one. I've spent a total of over 4 hours so far between waiting on hold to speak to a human, and sending emails bac...
