Did not come with a key

This snow blower seems like it can do the job I need it for, unfortunately it did not come with a key. I went through all the packaging and there was nothing. I also opted for Lowe’s to assemble it and it was not delivered assembled. I reached out to Lowe’s customer service and they were absolutely no help. Big and powerful enough for small or big jobs!

Its big, with lots of neat exceptions like the power start and HEATED HANDLES! I didn't realize this when i picked and ordered. They didnt have any local to get free assembly but i was able to get free delivery with updates and on time as promised right in time for our first snowfall of the year. Nice blower

Received a new snow blower today. It's bigger than I thought it was going to be, which was a welcome surprise. I was expecting something smaller and not as well built. The unit is very heavy duty and a nice looking machine, I'm sure it will take care of what mother nature can throw at it. A great buy.

electronic ignition - charged batteries required

Solid snow thrower for the money. Has electronic ignition that is powered by a rechargeable battery pack. When mine arrived the battery pack was dead so I was unable to start the snow thrower until I plugged it in and let it charge for a few hours.

Haven't used it yet.

Bought it online and they delivered it to my house. That would be ok but you have to go through and assemble 1/2 of it. Why not have it already assembled so all I have to do is add gas and oil. For they price they get for this machine you shouldn't have to work on it at all when you 1st buy it. Now I think I have it all together properly. I'm going to go get the gas and oil today or tomorrow so we will see. I also purchased the hood that goes over it, hopefully that's not hard to assemble.

Craftsman still makes a good product

Well built, heavy duty, came almost totally assembled, easy to do the rest, fit together well, i like the quality. Started right up, instructions say add fuel and oil, but the oil was already added.

Great performance... operational suggestions.

The 28 EFI worked flawlessly this winter handling several +24" snow events with ease. The engine is powerful and starts easily, and I love the heated handles! However I should have paid more attention to a previous review about the lowest forward speed being too fast. This causes operational difficulty because it requires excessive clutching in moderate depth snow and makes adjusting the chute position on the go difficult. Quick to build out of the box

First use today eight inch of snow and a long up hill driveway. This snowblower made it easy to going up in 3 gear and made quick work of it.

Nice machine good power easy setup

Machine was easy to set up and start. Love the EFI. Machine has plenty of power heated grips and I love having the turning triggers with my bad shoulder.
