Ultra cheap plastic

These were in my basement (approx 55 degrees) I dropped a lid from a shelf that’s 6’ high and it shattered to pieces. They’re nowhere available to buy a replacement lid. Forst ever container lid to shatter like this.

Has a hole in the bottom

I got this to soak my pool cartridge filters. I normally get a cheap one from Dollar General but over the years those have fallen in quality and the lids that are designed to just snap in place won't stay on. Got this because of the locking handles. I also use the lids of these totes to power wash the dirty filters. I noticed the lid has holes on the edges meaning when I power wash the filters the water will drain out of the lid when it's upside down which would be perfect. So after filling this...

This was the worst online shopping and store pickup experience that I have ever had. The ordering process is pretty straightforward. Picking up also seemed easy enough. However, the associate that assisted me had to go back to get the two lids that are supposed to come with the totes. He comes back and informs me that they are out of lids for the totes that I purchased. I could tell he was disappointed to tell me. I said hey it's not your fault. Don't buy if using in cold weather

I bought 4 different size storage bins to use to hold horse tack items outside the Barn we have our horse boarded at. The bins are stored outside his stall and not in direct sun nor direct rain. The barn overhangs where they are at. It was 18 degrees outside late yesterday and I went to unlatch one of the lids. The lid shattered in my hand, and I think it was due to the cold. It cut 3 of my fingers when I was opening it. 2 of which probably needed stitches but used Adhesive Bond derma to close ...

Poor stock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They seem very well built and I like the quality of the stacking and latching. The only reason for a 3* instead of a 5* is the lack of availability. I’ve been trying to purchase more for 3 months and they are never in stock online or in store. Makes it hard to stick to a well organized area.

stores should make it easier for customers in orde

Not good when the item was bought and I went home the clip that seals the lid was missing. When I went to the store instead of doing the exchange, I had to get credit then repurpose it, but when I went back the item that I returned to lady upfront, put it back there so when I picked it up, it was missing a clip. I’ve been in retail for 35 years and it was a horrible experience as a customer that comes to Lowe’s couldn’t be treated any worse.

Solid Product…If You Can Find It!

These totes are fantastic! They’re sturdy, lockable and stackable. We’ve got everything from home decor to camping gear safely locked in these. If there’s one issue, it’s availability. They’re no longer available within 150 miles and finding them online has been difficult.

I absolutely love these totes. They are small enough to handle and fill so that they aren't terribly heavy. I hate to admit it, but as I've aged, I can't lift and carry the big totes I used to fill up with all my different holiday stuff. We started purchasing these in 2019 and have changed most all of our bigger containers out. True, it takes more of them and they aren't cheap. But, they stack one on another and are easier to handle.

Craftsman 5gal plastic storage containers/totes.

IMO, these Craftsman versions of the typical plastic storage-containers/totes are the best, as they seem stronger and stack more securely. The other ones (black w/ yellow lids) are good also, but these Craftsman totes are better, so when I need more totes, I get these. I use them for storing stuff on shelves in a storage room, and when moving -- as I move fairly frequently using U-Haul cargo trailers -- these Craftsman totes stack nicely inside the trailers. I use the smaller totes (5gal/20gal)...
