CRAFTSMAN 72-in W x 41.25-in H Wood Work Bench & 2000 Series Workbench, 4-drawer Storage Module

Bought this online with curbside pickup alongside 42” toolchest bench. When I got the items home and opened them, both were significantly dented and damaged. Unfortunately it would have been difficult for me to return them to the store so I am just keeping them despite the rents and other damage.

Workday was damaged at store during assembly!

Work table was assembled as promised and the fellow that helped me load it in my what quick and helpful. Unfortunately during the assembly the table was damaged on one end . I showed the damage to one of the managers he agreed it was done during assembly. He said he would give me a 10% discount I agreed. Good bench, bad service. Free assembly? Don't.

I bought this workbench and made the mistake of choosing the free assembly option. It looks like I ended up with a damaged display unit, and the assembly was done incorrectly. I’m not sure if the damage happened on display, during assembly, or in transit during delivery. Damaged (common) and lots of corners cut

First off, there were parts damaged and bent, which seems to be common if you read the reviews, so packaging is poor. There are also lots of corners cut to save them money. They don't provide all the screws, so you have to economize use of what they give you. They give you one stabilizer bar for under neath, tho there's a place for a second one, so its up to you whether to install it on the left or right side. Why not just have it go in the middle then? Excellent Work Bench

Very happy with the work bench. Putting it together was not to bad but it would have made it much easier if the holes in the top had been predrilled. If you can get someone to help I would recommend it as it would make construction much easier and faster. Arrived Damaged

The package and contents arrived damaged. This did not appear to be from the delivery as the box was secured in the delivery truck. I can live with some minor cosmetic damage, but one of the workbench legs was completely bent at the bottom, and had broken spot welds. This would affect the products structural stability making it unsafe to use due to possible collapse. Great solid workbench

I love how easy it was to put together. I like the quality of the frame and the top. The backsplash is nice to keep things rolling back behind the bench. I do wish the drawers that were once available to add on to this were still available. A great bench to stand to work on something if you are wanting to sit you will need a stool.

This bench was purchased during the Fathers Day Sale at Lowe's. Now, during my inventory & inspection of the components, I discovered a dented metal support, even though the carton was in near perfect condition. Sturdy Work Bench

The work bench is sturdy and the wood top is heavy and substantial. The back top panel is a little flimsy. I added a few extra screws to secure the top to the base. It would have been nice to have the extras included. It’s rather high but it allows for cabinets underneath. Overall it should work well. The 3 stars are because it was delivered in a damaged box that allowed for a dent in one leg and several dings in the wood top.

It was easy to assemble. Great addition to my work shop.
