Bad assembly & issue remediation.
The cabinet seems fine, but it arrived with one wheel not actually screwed on. I also suspect the other wheels are not properly assembled and could lack screws. I asked for a minor discount on chat and got the run-around. I was offered a swap 2 weeks out or a technician to come out. I would have fixed this myself if I was given a minor discount to get screws! Now I have to wait for a technician, whose compensation I'm sure, will outweigh a few screws!

Also bought this with a gift card and it too was damaged, and poorly assembled. The handle screws on the end were stripped and the handle was barely attached. Once again, I had to remove two drawers to fix the end handle and had to buy nuts, washers, and bolts to fix it, and then rivet the two drawer slides. Cabinet built cheaply. Nice toolbox
Nice product. The packaging was adequate for protection. The design is nice, and the drawers have a consistent pull with soft closure. My only concern is the longevity of the casters being attached with coarse screws in a speed nut style pilot instead of machines screws into standard weld nuts. So far, I’m happy with the purchase.

Craftsman 2000 series rooling tool cabinet
Another great product from Craftsman. This is all steel. Heavy box. Very happy I purchased it. Plenty of tool storage as well as I have 3 of their other small chests on top of it. Makes it so easy to roll them all around where you need them in the shop.

52" 8 Drawer Chest & 10 Drawer Cabinet Set
I purchased my set from my local Lowes, and I am happy with the boxes themselves. Once I loaded all my tools and equipment in it, it seems very wobbly when I open and close the drawers. I had a set of 5 x2 Heavy Duty casters off another project. After swapping them out it was better, but no were near how solid my other brand name box is. There is too much flex in the floor / bottom panel. I am going to look into making some steel plates to reinforcement the bottom for mine. That should stiffen ...
