STAY AWAY FROM LOWES
IT SUCKED. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THIS ON MONDAY BUT GOT IT ON FRIDAY. MNO OMNE CALLED AN TOLD ME THIS I CALLED AND GOT SET TO 5 DIFFERENT PERSON AND 3 OF THEM HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN I GOT THE MESSAGE I ASK WHY. THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE ASSEMBLED. THAT IS PUTTING 4 WHEELS ON IT. I m handicapped AND COULD HAVE DONE THAT IN AN HOUR AT THE WORST NOT 5 DAYS. Dent in toolbox and missing anti-slip mat
I picked up my son's CRAFTSMAN 2000 Series 41.28-in W x 38.05-in H 10 -Drawer Steel Rolling Tool Cabinet (Red) today. When the Lowe's associate brought it out, there was some damage to the box, but I did not think anything of it. During assembly, we rolled over the cabinet to install the wheels, and I noticed a dent above where the right front wheel mounts. Also, one side of the wheel track on the bottom of the cabinet was not attached. We realigned the track to mount the right front wheel....
