Horrible

I wish I was giving a positive review on this product, but two times a refrigerator has been delivered and each one has had a huge dent and had to be returned. The delivery drivers advise not to take any Lowes products delivered from the Wilmington, MA warehouse because this happens a lot they said. Today is Sunday and I won't get a call back about this until tomorrow when I plan to ask for my money back.

Fridge arrived dented in multiple areas

I was really disappointed with Lowe’s customer service with this fridge we received. Our fridge arrived dented, and we called Lowe’s to have it replaced. Lowe’s confirmed that they would send us a replacement, and we never received the replacement. When I tried calling again, they claimed that there was no replacement on the way and that there was no record of it either. Slightly Disappointed

I purchased the Bosch 300 refrigerator in part due to the Bosch reputation. I absolutely love the refrigerator except for one thing: the water/ice spout leaks water from the dispense head. I don't know if this is a design issue or a defect. I intend to contact Bosch to see what can be done.

Bosch B36FD30ENS Refridgerator

Bought this in November 2024, it has already broke down right at 1-1/2 yr later. It is a piece of trash. Sad to say Bosch does not stand by their product unless you buy an expensive extended product past 1 yr. Repairman said all other makers offer at least 5 yrs on the part that broke. So sad that I will have to purchase another refridegerator but, I promise, it will not be another Bosch.

Love this refrigerator. The outside door water dispenser has a large opening to accommodate taller containers. The water & ice dispenser is user friendly. Great crushed ice. Love the inside bright lighting making it easy to see everything. A very well designed refrigerator. Would recommend buying it. Ongoing Issues with Bosch Refrigerator

I am extremely disappointed with our new Bosch refrigerator. Lowe’s sold this unit to me as one of the most reliable refrigerators on the market. After spending nearly $2,000, I have already had to contact both Lowe’s and Bosch Home Appliances multiple times regarding ongoing issues. I have only had it less than 90 days.
