Don't do it to yourself

When they arrived I took them inside straight away and did the unboxing. They looked fine but soil was dry. I watered and put them in the window, NO direct sun. The very next day they are in very bad shape. Crispy! I've tried to find the option to return with no look. Way tooooo much info on website and when I try to call, it's impossible to talk to a rep. Save yourself the frustration

Terrible Quality and plants arrived dead

Very disappointed. The plants arrived in poor condition and looked dead right out of the box. They were wilted, brown, and showed no signs of being healthy. I expected to receive live, thriving plants, but these were clearly not in acceptable condition. I would not recommend purchasing plants from this seller based on my experience.

Small, yellowed plants

I've purchased these same plants from Bonnie plants before and they are not supposed to be only 3 inches tall. For the price of $13.74 for 2 plants they are usually 6 to 8 inches tall to fit the shipping container. The box had a dented corner and dirt was loose inside the box where they had not been handled properly. Very disappointed and not reliable, especially when there is no option to return or request a refund.

Bad Basil

I am appalled!!! I received my Basil plant in the most disgusting order ever, not dead, but dead,dead. It was like someone took the plant and just smashed it in the dirt! It was disgusting, im not sure how the person packing the order would allow the plant to go out for delivery!!! It was a dark green that almost looked black, it was about two inches about the dirt. It looked like mold. I hope someone from Bonnie Live Plant sees this review!!! If I could submit pictures I would.

Plants did very well

The two plants came well packed in a plastic molded container that fit well around the pot and protected the plant well. As soon as I received the plants I removed them from their packaging. One plant looked great; the other wasn’t so great but wasn’t terrible either. I gave them some water and, since it was evening, waited until the next day to plant them. Arrived Blighted

I should have returned these with the sad oregano but I thought I could bring them around. Money wasted.arrived with blight

Totally disappointed with the delivery

I placed my order on April 21, 2026. My Box of Basil came open & crushed. My little 2 Basil Plants are dry & all the soil was spilt inside the crushed box. It's all over my floors.

Leaves are perfect size for me.

I received 2 basil plants via shipment. It was packaged good, but the delivery driver left it upside down and the some of the dirt fell out. (I recommend purchasing this in store) The dirt was very wet, so it was watered well before shipment. I immediately took the basil out of the box and planted them.
