I'm addicted to buying Blink indoor outdoor mini camera's they're easy too use and works good enough for my place inside and outside.

Motion detection works as a charm behind window

Its motion detection still works behind window /inside black semi transparent acrylic vase, while the other models ising IR motion detection won't work

Easy set up and worth the money

Like how clear the picture is and how easy to install.

Terrible Customer Service

Had 7 Blink cameras around my house. Started having issues with them. Customer service stated they could not do anything. Would not even offer a refund or new equipment. I was stuck with 7 pieces of crap.

poor motion capture, poor images

Don’t waste your money on this terrible product. First, the motion sensing is worthless due to the slow speed of the system. It advertises fast motion detection. NOT TRUE! Someone will walk halfway across the yard before it captures the image or not capture the person at all. Second, it burns through batteries. I had to change the batteries within the first few months. Do not believe the two-year claim. NOT TRUE! I was not able to capture events because the batteries were dead in THREE ...

Horrible

I'm pretty tech savy. I am, a technical director, so I better be tech savvy. I got the mini PT cam and the Mini 2. They were pretty easy to set up excluding the fact that no matter what I did the app could not seem to find the WiFi that was literally 10' away from me. The app found the network across the room. The one in our back alley. Even found the few across the street. Maybe had it found the network that was closest and fastest I wouldn't have gotten the insane lag that I got in live view. ...

dont buy this!

negatives: doesnt connect to regilar wifi no matter how hard we tried. worth noting: does not connect to satellite wifi like starlink either. also, the set up of the account and so forth was lengthy and not very intuitive. i also read somewhere that it eats through batteries very quickly. positives: it was easy to return.

Won't stay online

I purchased these cameras due to them being on sale and thinking they would he great for my home. You can only use lithium batteries and depending on how much traffic, they need to be replaced often. That can be extremely expensive. The main problem now is the cameras will not stay online. I have contacted customer service, the cameras worked for about 5 minutes, then offline again. Never purchasing this product again. Save your money.

Great camera

This is a very simple but great camera.

They only work good to look at live

They work well to look at on live view, but they don’t notify you when someone’s at your door or there is movement even if you have it on. And you can’t play back the recordings. It only takes clips of when it notify you a person was there which was never for me.
