Can’t get what I order

I love the product, I don’t like that everytime I try to order it I can’t get it. I tried to order 3 before Christmas and it would only let me order 2. So then after Christmas I tried to order 3 and it would only let me order two, but only one came in the mail and the second one was on back order and now is canceled altogether.
