Terrible clear coat finish. Do not buy.
This item looked great in the store. The top felt very solid. We purchased and installed this top. Before we even turned the water on to the faucet, we noticed permanent scratches in the really cheap clear coat. We tried to clean and even tried to polish. We selected this 37'' top to quickly remodel a bathroom prior to a home sale. It is beautiful! We used it for 2 months before selling the home. Poor surface finish, bowl adhesive washing out.
DO NOT BUY A BESTVIEW VANITY TOP. They are made as cheaply as possible to look nice in the store display but they are not durable. Installed one of these a couple of years ago during a total bathroom remodel. Wish I hadn't. Noticed immediately the rusty stains in the overflow. BEWARE!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS COUNTER TOP! I didn't do my research a couple years ago when we redid our bathroom and now I'm paying for it with an ugly countertop! Marble is notorious for etching and this is no different. If you have contacts and use contact solution, wash your face, wash your hands (aka everyone) RUNNNNNN from this countertop! It does not belong anywhere where water is at! Ours is speckled with "matte" spots all over and if the light hits it, it looks so dirty. We have hard water in the city...

With care this is beautiful but product is porous
Know going in that this product can be damaged by everyday bathroom cleaning and hygiene (toothpaste! check manufacture warnings list) products. We purchased two of this countertop. I’m very disappointed in this sink and counter. I was so excited to find it, because it was just what I wanted. It sure looked nice when I got it, but it has not held up. I have had it installed for only nine months. It’s as if only part of the counter was sealed. Part of it is rough, not smooth, and not shiny.That part is impossible to keep clean. I think the 5 star reviews are from people who just get the sink. It seems nice at first. Give it a few weeks and you will find the EXACT same thing all the other reviewers find....rough spots, scratches & SPOTS THAT WON’T COME OUT!!! Here’s a kicker- Ive had TWO of these. Could be better (year in review)
Whatever sealer they use is low grade, I get water marks on the counter more easily than other countertops I've worked with but this can be remedied by wiping water off the counter or using a counter polish for an extra barrier. There is also a rough spot near the faucet so the sealer is either not applied evenly or not enough was applied. Overall it's a decent piece for the price, I haven't had any staining like others have reported.
