The set screw design is confusing and prone to failure. One tiny screw backs into handle to keep it in place. Ours failed and began slipping and popping off. Basically the screw just backs into handle after handle is installed relying on pressure to keep it in place. This is not a good idea. 20 year contractor I won’t buy Baldwin again. Furthermore compared to Schlage I spend twice as long installing this. The deadbolt is too long when inserted into mortise by about 1/4” so it has to be bor...

Great purchase

Looks beautiful, works great and seems to be durable. The dead bolt is very smooth. It took a while to get the mechanisms to work as we had existing holes that had to be modified.

Out if 4 that I bought, only 1 would turn with the key. Defective locks. No wonder Lowes is getting rid of them through clearance right now.

Inside door handle fell off cylinder stem

Installed this about two months ago on new impact French doors.Looks really nice and was happy with handle until the inside handle fell off the stem yesterday. There is a set screw in stem and hole in handle that line up but don’t know what is missing that holds handle on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Torrey Pine door handle is beautiful, easy to install, and solid. I followed the instructions to install the handle and dead bolt. The instructions are easy to follow. The handle and lock fit our standard fiberglass door. The latches are easy to work and not stiff. The bolts are smooth moving from lock to unlock.
