It's a basic vinyl tile. Functions as expected. What I really appreciate is you can buy this per the piece, in-stock at Lowes. Other places like HD you have to order online.

love the look of this but the tiles were a little difficult to cut and quite a few had either red lines, scrapes, or broken corners. Ended up ok with the cutting I had to do

Pretty but not easy to install

love that I can make a checkerboard floor in my kitchen with this but it is kind of difficult to cut but breaks easily. Some of the tiles I received had red lines running down them and broken corners.

Check your order at the store

Look your store pickup order over carefully. Purchased 55ea tiles for a small project, three were the wrong color! Finished the job and those three were left over. Not worth my time and fuel to do a $6 return trip. Could have spoiled the job had the three extras been needed to finish. BEWARE!

Good quality, look for damage.

These Armstrong vinyl composition tiles are very durable. Once you put them in , they last a life time. Ive had experience with them in the past and that's why I purchased them again now. I did have a problem though. I ordered them on line thru Lowe's and waited a few days for their arrival at my local Lowe's. Brought the box of tiles home and opened them up. Several tiles on top of the stack and several tiles at the bottom of the stack had their corners chipped and couldn't use them except for...
