The product is great the problem was it didn’t come with the screws as it stated on the box. I called Lowe’s and they wanted me to go back and pick up instead of mailing to me and they wanted me to bring the whole mailbox and box back just to give me the screws that were missing!

Feels very study and looks nice too
Replaced a mailbox that I can't check daily. I wanted a mailbox that was not only secure from theft but also was going to keep my mail out of the elements. My previous mailbox had the door left open for several weeks and the mail inside was covered in dust from passing traffic. This mailbox has a door that self-closes and is held closed with a magnet. It's also wider than a regular mailbox so it can hold more mail and larger boxes. I'm very pleased with it so far.

Good size for most mail pieces.
It is a good size for most of our mail. There have been incidents of someone rummaging through mailboxes in our neighborhood, so it's a nice deterrent to have a locked mailbox.

Love this locking mailbox
Love this locking mailbox. Since replacing my old non-locking box, I have a greater peace of mind that no one will be stealing my mail. I also like the idea of not having to put holds on my mail when I go out of town for a day or two. -- This box feels solid for standard use.

Broken in to with ease
Had this box for a while but really only useful if you just don't want randoms opening it. If someone is trying to get in it is super easy. Found mine pried open and credit cards stolen out. If you want something that doesn't fold like paper look elsewhere

Lockable Mail Box
Box appears to be well made and appears to function as advertised. The lock, as discussed in many comments, appears to be the weak link; however, to date after a week of use, I have no complaints. The box looks great on a new 4”x4” pressure treated post, painted black.

Sturdy but on pry resistant
I have two of these lockable mailboxes for a duplex investment property. One day I found both with the front open. By prying on the locked front door a mail thief managed to just bend the metal latch that locks it. The latches on both my mailboxes were bent about 90 degrees. I had expected it to be a stronger harder metal on such an important function. I can bend the latches back, so it works again. But what's the point? So I loose more mail next time around. I wish there were stronger l...

The size is just right for what I need. Everything is working so far. I attached a sensor to the flap so that I’d know when the mail was deposited. So far so good.
