Good but like the old style better
I like the brand but I do not like that I have to lift the tank and turn it upside down to fill it. The old style was easy as you only added water to the top of the tank. Remote did not work, replaced battery and had to communicate with the company directly for a new one. Their customer service department questioned if I should even have a remote? Fairly unprofessional. I may return the item to the store and find a different product.
Great value!
I bought two of these, one for myself and one for an in-law - one red, one platinum. I am familiar with the brand which is why I chose them. I like the fact that these have a tip which allows the mist to be spread in different directions and has the extended neck option to dispense the mist higher. I'm also pleased with the volume of water that they hold and with the amount of time in between refills when used on the second setting - generally 2.5 days or more. The remote is a nice feature, but ...

My skin is finally hydrated! Thank you!
This humidifier restored my faith that there was a unit that would work in my room without taking up a huge amount of space! All others I’ve tried that were around this size were a joke!!!

Good humidifier but has 2 shortcomings.
Do not like that the container has to be removed to fill it, and there is no way to determine how much water is left in it. Like the price and it humidifies a large room.

Don't waste your money!!!!
It would not do as promised. Maybe would work in a small bathroom but not for a room or a house. I had 2 of them and did not do anything. I returned both of them

Good Humidifier
It is a little challenging to fill tank. I really like the multidirectional spout. Overall a good humidifier.

You have to order the essential aroma pads.
I liked this product very much. Easy to manage and blows mist out very well. Did not liked the ideal of having to order the aroma pads.

Fill part should be on top.
The only thing I don't like is the bottom fill, it's very heavy and makes it hard for me.
