If you HATE your boss, buy him this helmet. There is no doubt in my mind the 3M employee who designed this hated his. It wreaks of weaponized compliance. You can smell the "I'll freaking do EXACTLY what you told me to do and nothing more," screw safety and value. The straps have to be fitted into the helmet slots and you're the lucky Sucker who gets to do it. They fit with all the ease of sliding a 40 lbs. sausage into a 10 lbs. casing. The tension on the straps is so tight it is impossib...

Worked great once we figured out how to assemble it.
Ideal for safe home project work.
Purchased for home projects involving overhead work. After minor fiddling the fit was perfect and I felt MUCH better about jockeying large metal parts above me.

This helmet was great for the cost. I was using it to crawl around my attic and prevent getting poked by roof nails. It stayed on fairly well, however, if you’re going to be sideways/weird positions you might want to go with one with chinstrap to hold it on better.

Simple, Cheap, gets the job done
Easy to assemble and comfortable. Needed a cheap hard hat for a quick site visit, wore all day and had no problems or discomfort.
Watching a Youtube video was necessary
I spent about 30 mins trying to get the straps attached to this hard hat, and thought it sat laughably high above my head, like it was floating. It kept falling out of the keys it was supposed to sit in, and the instructions are useless, after watching a video on youtube I got it installed correctly in about 30 seconds. It's a good hat once you get it set up properly, but without that video I would have returned this.
