How can I obtain a copy of my receipt for a store or online purchase?

With a MyLowe's account, you can track your entire purchase history. Learn more by exploring MyLowe's.

If you don't have a MyLowe's account, we can locate and provide a receipt for purchases made via credit, debit and check within 90 days. For purchases made with a Lowe's Credit Card, Business Account, or Accounts Receivable, you can view your purchases online by logging into your credit account here.

You can request a receipt for purchases made within 90 days by calling Lowe's Customer Care at 1-800-445-6937.
In order for us to locate a receipt, we'll need the following information:

  • Name
  • Payment method
  • If purchased with a credit card, the name on the account
  • Phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Store where purchase was made

A Customer Care Representative may also ask for the following information:

  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Item number
  • Model number
  • Brand and/or description of the product(s) purchased
  • Amount of purchase
