A bit nicer looking than the threaded black pipe
Would RecommendThis is similar to threaded black pipe but a little cheaper and a better exterior finish. The trick is getting a square end. I used a benchtop cut-off saw and a Dremel grinding stone to clean the burs. I used the cast iron plugs (also at Lowes) to give a finished look. Looks great.

Very nice heavy duty structural pipe
Would RecommendI purchased these pipes for mounting to 4x4 post with additional structural hardware (on the same aisle together at Lowes) to hand string lights over my patio. I actually ended up cutting them in half to fit with the project the way I wanted them to. They were nice and heavy and I am more than satisfied with the final product since I know they will outlast any other option I could have went with!
