Lousy appliances
Would Not RecommendI bought this washer and dryer in May 2025. One year later and one month, June 2026 we had to have the dryer repaired. Here it is in August 2026 and it’s broken again!!!! This appliance is a piece of crap!!!! I will never buy a Samsung appliance again!!!!!

Would Not RecommendSamsung will not fix or replace dryer that is frequently overheating. A different and sometimes conflicting excuse from each technician. 4 service calls in 6 months. I’ve provided evidence that all operating conditions meet their requirements. Never buying Samsung again because of their poor customer service. Does not dry clothes on the standard settings, must use time dry. I could go on but won’t waste my time.

Would RecommendThe delivery from XDT delivery was horrible. First off they were late with my delivery. 2nd they did not even put the washer and dryer inside my basement it was left on my patio. 3rd they said my free installation was not paid for and they weren't installing. I purchased the installation which came with free installation and they still would not do it.
