What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the sand for exceptional value and bulk savings compared to bagged alternatives, with many reporting significant cost reductions. The fine-grained material performs reliably for paver bases, pool leveling, and other projects, with reviewers consistently noting cleanliness and consistency. Large bags offer convenient loading without multiple purchases. However, some customers report occasional packaging inconsistencies, including underfilled bags or debris presence. Despite these isolated concerns, most find the product delivers excellent value and performance for their needs.

Would RecommendBought this stuff for chicken coop substrate. The bulk bag fit in the back of my Ford Maverick, barely. It was a short drive home... Not as fine as play sand, so this stuff won't get nearly as dusty when it's dry.

Bags were not filled completely.
Would Not Recommend3 of the 4 bags were missing quite a bit of sand. When I called customer service to try and get my missing product they said all I could do was schedule a pickup for a complete refund or I could go in store and haul the 900 lb bags myself. I just wanted the missing sand I paid for.

Henry delivery driver was fantastic

Would RecommendThe delivery was prompt. However, the bag delivered, contained a significant amount less sand than what I saw on the lot the day before. The photo below shows how full the bags were in the lot.

I love the convenience of delivering and packaging
Would RecommendWe have a small area in our driveway. We have a power line as well as trees so dump trucks can't dump the load. Getting someone to deliver using a dump trailer has been hard to get, plus they cost $$$. Lowe's Delivery was the best option. The cost was way better than the cost of the dump trailers or dump trucks if you don't have the space for them to deliver. The sand isn't hard to scoop out with a shovel. I love being able to get what I need without all the hassle. Thank you Lowe's for making t...

Friendly delivery driver down here in Naples FL
Would RecommendProduct as expected. Very good communication for delivery.
Disappointment
We have purchased this sand before and we were very pleased so we decided to purchase more. This time we were not as pleased. Some of the bags are barely half full, and one bag was less than half full and did not look like sand- it was full of dirt clods, pieces of flowers and plants and a bunch of random trash and receipts were in the bag. The delivery guy was great, but very disappointed with the quality this time. Probably won't purchase again.
