Easy to use

I am happy that I bought this cus my old washer was OLD. But I am nervous about everything being digital on this. I wish I had bought a manual use one.

Guess we got a lemon

Less than 2 years old, and now LG required multiple service calls. They have replaced the water pump, lubricated something at the bottom of the washer, now getting a new “transmission”. The LG staff are excellent, but this model seems to have a lot of issues.

Great Washing Machine

This a great washing machine, quiet in every mode, and clothes come out dry after spin. Easy to work and not complicated.

Not worth the money. Cloths are not clean.

I'm so disappointed in tohe too loader direct drive with agitator. It doesn't clean your cloths. The agitator doesnt rotate enough to toss your cloths to clean them. It basically just moves back and forth a quarter turn. My husband is always sandy. My old machine i never had sand in my machine, iny dryer and on the floor when you remove the cloths from the dryer. I tried washing them twice, still had sand. So this tells me his cloths are not clean. I would not recommend this machine. Especially ...

Great LG Waher and Dryer set

We bought this seta few weeks ago. I am 100% pleased with this purchase! I read the reviews and our local store also recommended the LG as one of my options with the features I was wanting. It is super quiet and is more efficient than my last set of a different brand. When you first select the load size it will default to a wash or dry time for that setting. Good Washing Machine

We have used the washer for a few weeks now and are pleased with it. The wash cycle is shorter than my old washer, and the tub holds more. My wife's only complaint is that with the tub being so large, she has a hard time reaching the clothes on the bottom.

I have this washer for 2 years now. It was great at first. I was so looking for a washer without an agitator found loved it but now it is tearing up my sheets with large threading and snags all through the material. What in the heck has just happened to this washer. There is no sharp edges that could cause this. So disappointed now.

Super Huge Capacity

Love how much I can fit in a load and I love that it tells me how long the cycle will be! The only thing I'm having trouble with is figuring out how many detergent to use. The washer has a sensor to determine how much water to add, but I wish it stopped and told me how much powder detergent to add.

Water efficient - yet not worth the money

I have bought this LG top load washer without the agitator about 5 years ago. I have grown to hate it. The internal disk that would be an agitator broke off 4 times in 5 years. The parts are always on back order. I have asked the mechanic to see why it keeps breaking off and he said it may be the transmission, but could not commit to that reason. Looks pretty

As a struggling home owner I saved for Quite some time to be able to purchase the washer dryer combo from LG for my wife’s birthday/ anniversary present. Removed my 20 yr old washer that still works and placed in the garage. This was 16 months ago. So the washer just won’t power up and is useless. Two appliance repair bills later and a new control board. It worked for the week , then the buttons that control everything started acting up. So the 20 yr old washer is back in next to the new dryer...

Very Nice Washer

I was in dire need for a washer as my old one decided to quit. The original one (7800) we ordered was not available so we ordered the 7300. So far the washer is doing a great job and is easy to use. There is a learning curve after only having agitator washers in the past which use a lot of water. It's mesmerizing watching the action through the clear top. The washer is pretty quiet and I like the chimes at the end of the cycle.

We recently purchased the washing machine and now that our plumbing issue is fixed it is wonderful.

Worst washer

Purchased this washer and matching dryer 3/2022. It is just my husband and I (empty nesters). The washer is the worst cleaning machine I have ever owned! We have tried multiple functions (even on deep wash the clothes still come out with parts dry). We do not do large loads so there should be ample room for things to move to facilitate cleaning. I have actually started hand washing some of our garments in the sink after they are “washed” in the washer and the sink water is filthy! Pretty sad...

Three Repairs in Two Months

It washes well and is easy to use, but I received a lemon. Wish it could be exchanged, but can't. By the 2nd wash, the machine was so LOUD, I thought it was running down a runway. Not only is the machine itself loud, but it squeaks loudly and recycles itself to start over. The other day it was on the 5th recycle before I could spin the water out. On two separate occasions, parts have been replaced. I am currently waiting for parts to arrive for a third time.

LG Product 1st Time
