Would RecommendProfessional Installers were courteous and professional. They had to tweak the depth measurement from my old microwave as I have custom built cabinets, but they did a great job. I love the sleek handle free design. The price was very affordable, as this was on sale which was good. Would like a little bit more light over the stove, but it works out ok. The features are the same as my old Whirlpool microwave, but not as descriptive on the panel of the LG. Just had to look at the manual a coup...
Design flaw
Would Not RecommendThe display for the controls should be backlit with a light similar to other brands and models we have seen. Without this the controls display is difficult to see easily. We have had good success with previous LG appliances. Very disappointed with this lack of detail which we consider a design flaw. As display units in the store are not powered we could not see this flaw.

LG WARRANTY SCAM!
Would Not RecommendMagnetron died after 3 years. 10 year warranty is a scam. They will not replace it. They will not send you the part to repair it. They will send you to a "licensed" repair shop that will then charge you about half what you paid for it so it can survive another few years. LG does not stand behind their products and uses a bogus 10 year "Magnetron" warranty to make you feel like you have a solid product. I have read many complaints about their magnetrons only lasting a couple of years. Just p...
