What Customers Are Saying
This gas dryer has received mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its performance, describing it as efficient and able to thoroughly dry clothes. However, some have experienced issues with the drying cycles, where clothes are left damp or take too long to dry. There are also concerns about the quality of the drum and lint trap design. While some customers found the warranty service to be quick and efficient, others were dissatisfied with the after-sales support.

Peeling paint inside - do not buy
Would Not RecommendI bought this dryer with the 5 yr extended warranty. The paint is peeling on the circular flange inside the door adjacent to the drum. There are flecks of paint on our clothes and on the floor by the dryer. Extended warranty says it doesn't apply, LG says can't help. I asked for composition of the paint that children, pet, and our skin is coming in contact with. Would give me no information. I have had this dryer for 4 years and it is a mess! Do not buy!

Works Great!
Would RecommendI purchased this dryer to replace my nearly 20 year old Frigidaire unit. I've been using it daily for 2 weeks so far and am happy with my purchase. It works great, the controls are intuitive and there aren't too many "gimmicky" features (I.e. things that could potentially fail in the future in my opinion). I'm hopeful I'll get another 20-years out of this unit.
