Disappointed

Replaced a 13 year old fan with this one because the other just didn’t move air. This one MOVES AIR - which I love. But it’s noisy - there’s always some kind of a rattling noise no matter what the speed is. And we cannot get it connected to the app, which is also disappointing.

Casts dark shadows, hard to see

The fan is pretty, the features are cool, it blows great HOWEVER and it’s a big however, the LED light casts some super dark shadows and doesn’t feel bright enough. No lie I have to use a flash light to look in my drawers of black leggings to see which is which because It is hard to see details in such a dark shadowy light. I absolutely HATE the lighting. We just bought it, put it up and now I need to find another fan because of the light on this one. Even trying outfits on in the mirror is diff...

I purchased the fan two weeks ago; I arranged through the Lowes store to have it installed through a company called Thumbtack they told me they could not find anyone who wanted to install the fan. When I called customer service they said they could not assist me, and that I could either arrange for them to it up or I could return it to the store. I will be returning it to the store tomorrow

Terrible Product

Started to install the fan, and then realized we didn't have the hardware or the remote control holder. Lowe's gave us the hardware and holder from another unit. Went to continue with the installation, and the screws would not fit! Returning it and will not buy another product from this brand.

The fan is great. But we had to find someone else to install it. Lowes/Thumbtack gave us two different dates over three weeks to come and install the fan (which we had paid for) and then cancelled on us again. Terrible service! Annoying and upsetting. We will never purchase something from Lowes again should we learn that the job is being handled by Thumbtack.

Great replacement fan.

We bought this fan because our other was falling apart. We love the colored lights and it is so much lighter than our other fan so it does not sway as much in the wind.

Don’t waste your money

This unit will short circuit within a few days of being installed. The light won’t shut off and the fan won’t work.

I purchased 1 of these fans about 7 months ago and unfortunately the led board went bad I believe from a power surge not the company's fault I contacted the company about sourcing a new board they were fast to respond very kind asked for a picture of the back of the remote and a shipping address and the next day I got an email informing me the part was out of stock said it would be about 2 weeks before they got them but about a week later it showed up at my door no charge no hassle just great c...
