COS-ERD304K defective day one

The COS-ERD304K looks nice, but first time using oven, the electronics cooling fan come on and it had a loud moaning and vibration noise. This fan starts up when oven get hot and runs for another 30-45 minutes after you turn off the oven. It was so loud you can hear it 3 rooms away. Cosmo warranty process takes forever. It has been 6 days and the parts have not even shipped yet.

Great Cooking Stove

Just got done with my first cook and it worked great. Only callout is the stovetop doesn’t illuminate red for an electric stove which I’ve been used to to know it’s on. A+ so far

Purchased this about three weeks ago and I love having a convection oven. It cooks things so evenly, and looks sleek in my kitchen!

Beautiful Electric Range...

My electric range arrived earlier than expected so that's a plus! Thank the Lord! Installed myself, with the help of Jesus; made sure that I got the proper plug before it arrived. Thank God for the user manual to set the clock & figure out the other functions. I pray that the good Lord blesses my home with many great meals made with this appliance.

I just bought it for our remodel and it is a beautiful stove! Can’t wait to start using it!

Disappointed

I bought this on February 16. Today is the first day I was able to use it because they do not provide the LP conversion kit with it. That has to be ordered separately and you don’t find that out until you unbox it and read the manual.

Love It

I replaced my 20 yr old with this stove after seeing all the great reviews. I cook a lot and this meets all my needs. Plus it’s better looking in person, so happy with it!!

This is my second cosmo electric range, 1st one was great, moved bought another one, first time using oven it made a noise, well we called Cosmo support, it took a month to get someone out here to repair it, tech they sent had no idea about working on a Cosmo range, lowes called Cosmo and another tech from a different company came out after a week later, said he worked on hundreds of Cosmo ranges. NO LONGER DISAPPOINTED

I left a one star review back in May 2025. I said if Cosmo made it right then I would update my review. I wish I could adjust the stars on the original review but I cannot. So I will leave this new review. It took two months for us to finally get a diagnostic and repair, but Cosmo made it right and we now have a working stove/range. I would recommend buyers get it professionally installed. My husband is an electrical engineer but still managed to install the plug incorrectly. Once that was fixed...

VERY DISAPPOINTED

We had this stove delivered a week ago. The pros... it is a pretty stove. That is it for the pros. The cons.... We have been so frustrated with this thing. It took over 3 hours (yes, you read that correctly!) to get a pot of water to simmer slightly. It never boiled. My husband and daughter tried this yesterday. We have tried everything. We couldn't be happier with our new range; large burner is on left side which is perfect for our kitchen layout.. Amazon delivered and I had to unpack and install. but not my first rodeo. I had it up and running in about an hour. the next day I relocated the anti-tilt and adjusted the height for level and tightness to the countertop. i then turned on range and marked critical times to warm up to 450, so we would know preheat times.
