The Perfect Range

The Bosch 800 Series Gas Slide-in Range HG18046UC in the black stainless gave my kitchen a mini remodel. It is so sleek looking and the slide-in model is a perfect look for my kitchen. I love the little lip on the sides that prohibits debris from getting between the stove and the cabinet. THIRD time a Charm

Range Top burners worked, but when the oven did not work at time of 2nd installation, another replacement was ordered ASAP. Today was the day - back in business! Love this oven!

Beautiful and functional

I love all the oven cook options. I have not tried them all yet. The stovetop is so functional for all my pan sizes. It cooks evenly and truly has a simmer setting. The perfect stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I'll say how much I LOVE Bosch appliances. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I bought in 2003. I've never needed it repaired. That is why I decided to buy a Bosch stove and I'm so glad I did. This stove is awesome. It's beautiful and I bakes, roasts, broils and has convection. I highly recommend this to anybody needing a new stove.

New range

We just love the Bosco HGI8056UC range. My only reason for not a life star is i a concerned that the front control panel has a gap between it and the cook top. I hope we never have a boilover on a front burner. Our old GE had a problem that they fixed.

Gas Range

Really nice range, but have a small issue. The warming drawer at the bottom is very touchy. if you bump it ever so slightly with your foot while standing at the stove top it comes open.

excellent customer service

Inconsistent and unreliable

I have had this range for a few years and it is the most inconsistent appliance I have ever owned. The igniter on the burners consistently fails so I have to use a match lighter to light them. The oven is a nightmare of inconsistency. Some days it cooks well, other days it doesn't and it has just gotten worse and worse. Nothing like roasting a turkey for Thanksgiving and having parts of it raw. Or completely undercooking baked goods. I put an oven thermometer and tested it at different deg...

Good range

We love the fact that it has the overlaps on each side to cover the gap that is typically between countertop and range - now with that in mind, having this nice solution, why the heck is it constructed with a gap on the front over the control panel where all kinds of stuff can fall into?

Unrepairable

I was very pleased with the performance until I wasn't. One day the oven controls stopped working and the oven wouldn't heat at all. The range was 6 months out of warranty. Bosch offered to replace parts for free but not pay for labor. They replaced every one of the control boards, one of them twice, and the oven still doesn't work. Not sure why a less than 3 year old range is unrepairable. They gave me a prorate offer to replace which I accepted and paid a over a month ago (only because a new r...

sick of it

Purchase this $2500 oven in 2021. Now replacing igniters (plural) in oven for third time. No help from Bosch. Each time end up going without an oven for up to six or more weeks waiting for service, parts to arrive, and service to replace. Bought Bosch because I thought it was a good, reliable brand. Never again. I could go today and get a new oven from Lowes (another brand) for less than I have spent on repairs for this hunk of junk.

Long time Bosch User no more

This is my 3rd Bosch range. I was in love with my other two, but have had so many regrets with this one. I bake a lot, and have always had an easy time with convection mode. This range will burn everything on the bottom rack while the top rack is undercooked. 2 times technicians have come out to look at it and both times they didn't find anything wrong.
