Would RecommendI bought this hot water heater one month ago and since it's been installed it looks great it's keeping the even temperature and I'm completely satisfied. This wss the only propane hot water heater I could find in my area. I did have to go to e Lowes stores to find it. The 1st two stores showed they had one on the Lowes site when they did not.

Good purchase
Bought a month ago. Called the front service desk and they had it ready for to pick up when I arrived, the young lady at the front deck was excellent . Picked up what I needed to do the install , put it all In my truck and it’s been working great. I had three sizes to choose from and it was a good fit. Works great. Makes hot water a lot faster than my old one.

Problems from the start
Would Not RecommendA very unpleasant experience. The heater’s price was mismalrked and despite attempts to get the right price, sales staff kept insisting it was correct despite the signage to the contrary. Once installed, the heater leaked from the top immediately requiring my installer to make multiple trips to my home.
