Nice bench; I'd like another one

Seems sturdy and is comfortable for two adults to sit on. Had to back out a couple pre-installed screws in order to get the provided screws into the pre-drilled holes as the pre-installed screws encroached on the pre-drilled holes.

Perfect Experience

Thank you for a wonderfully made, and easy to put together bench. Every screw hole lined up perfectly! It too less than 10 minutes to assemble. Delivered in 3days! I originally purchased a Trex bench of the same size,it took 6 weeks to receive because it was "made to order"...my butt!... it was absolutely a return!... nothing lined up, there were double holes drilled, and it was dirty...all at a price of $125 more than this A&R...will Never buy anything from trex again ...the only thing worse...

Poor craftsmanship

Quick delivery, but am currently waiting for the 2nd replacement bench seat. Holes don't line up when putting it together. The people have been really pleasant to work with thankfully.

arrived with no fasteners or instructions

Bench arrived with absolutely no fasteners or screws or instructions. Outside packaging looks as if returned and just taped box shut and sold as new. Customer service 50 min on phone and 3 different persons and no will give any clue if parts and instructions can be sent to me. Bench going back today. Lowe's online not a good experience at all.

Looks nice but not really comfortable.

Bench was missing holes to screw one side on. I had to pay $20. to get someone to drill the holes for me. Not happy.

Dimensions off and wrong hardware

The height dimension is actually 35”. I bought two of these on the basis of 34.25” as I wanted to tuck each bench under a railing. The other issue was one of the boxes received was clearly a returned bench. Packaging was not the same as the unopened box and the white bench in the opened box had brown colored hardware. I called polywood and they are sending new hardware.

Bought this item for someone else so I don't know how well it went together but only saw the finished item. Looked great.

Looks nice, bends a little

Overall the bench looks nice and appears to be low maintenance since it will not require painting in the future. Only feedback is if two adults sit on the bench, it bends a little.
