Good material/bad assembly
Love the look and feel of this. But… the side screw on left side would not go in! Had the seat slat screw sticking down in hole, had to take it out and shorten it to let the other go in then it was stripped ftom hitting the one that had to be shortened and had to be epoxied in. Very poor workmanship for a 300.00 bench!

Great for 4 months and then.......
Would Not RecommendWe have enjoyed the bench since it arrived. It was easy to assemble and arrived quickly. We used it regularly. 3 days ago we were sitting on the bench as we have many, many times enjoying the afternoon. My wife asked if I felt as if we were "sinking", I did! I got up to check the bench and the legs were bending to the point the seat had dropped 3-4 inches! The attached photos show the legs 3 days after. Would RecommendVery happy with this purchase. Ordering was easy and delivery came a day early. Tracking was helpful considering the early arrival. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and easy to assemble. The enclosed tool made it super easy to put together. Its a wonderful bench of high quality plastic and looks great.

Nice bench!
Would RecommendI have a lot of Polywood furniture on my patio and it is heavy and sturdy and easy to clean. I bought this bench for the front porch. A small decorative piece came out of the package broken off and that is why I took off one star. It isn’t very noticeable and doesn’t weaken the bench so I will probably just glue it in place. The bench was delivered and is much too heavy for me to have returned to the store. I put it together in a short time. I remain a big fan of Polywood products and Lowe’s.

We ordered 2 of these. First had a broken arm. The second came with no hardware (screws and tool).

Don’t waste your money!
Would Not RecommendThis is a total piece of junk. I’m sorry I waited so long to get around to putting it together. It came with 11 bolts to put together. The holes weren’t drilled in the correct spot. Had to use a drill to correct the holes. The whole back part all the pieces were assembled at the factory crooked. The pieces don’t line up correctly. Don’t waste your money! I can’t believe this is made in the USA.
