Cream is actually white
The box says cream, the shades are white and do not match the other cream shades in my house. Lowe’s initially refused to deal with the issue, telling me to contact Roth & Allen; their email is invalid and their phone rings to Lowe’s, who then had to transfer me to another Lowe’s number. After a good hour of wasted time, I finally had a RMA number….so I will need to reorder, hope they are packaged correctly and I receive the correct item and then do a return. Huge hassle for me.
