Ratings & Reviews for allen + roth Townley Spot Free Stainless Steel Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate) (Includes Soap Dispenser)

Easiest faucet to install I've ever used

This faucet is very nice quality, super easy to install and has unbelievable water pressure. It has a unique design that allows you to tighten the underside nut using an Allen wrench from the topside which I've never seen before on a faucet. It eliminates the need to reach way up from inside the cabinet blindly trying to tight the nut which is the worst part of doing faucets. The weight for retractable sprayer is larger than my old one which makes the sprayer retract quicker. The sprayer has 3 d...

Fancy Pants McGee over here

This is a great looking fixture. Fit great and the option to flush mount or use the plate to cover any extra holes if you are going down to 1 hole is great. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because while the soap pump option is great and easy to install, it would be a pain to get under the sink every time you needed to refill, unscrew the bottle, put it back on and clean up any drips that happened. The sink has a great look as I said, and gives a sophisticated look to any sink.

Faucet of my dream

This kitchen faucet lives up to all the five star reviews. It is super easy to install and it looks beautiful. This faucet is the start of the kitchen. It is highly recommended

An Elegant Faucet

This faucet stands out on its own. I used this in my laundry room sink. The pull out sprayer will make pretreating stains much easier. It also comes in handy as this is our spare kitchenette. This faucet transforms the whole look of the area. This was very simple to install with the drop in hardware and mounting system. The addition of the soap dispenser makes this a complete design for any kitchen sink. For me, there was no additional items to purchase as it came with hoses already in place.

Awesome faucet kit

This Townley sink faucet looks incredible. It's well built and the appearance will take any kitchen to the next level of elegance. The parts were well packaged and it comes with everything needed to get it installed.

Allen+Roth Gold Retractable Faucet

Installed new faucet today and we love it. Box was good size and upon opening the box it was well organized and laid out. The instructions were easy to follow and it was a very simple install. The finish is really nice, it has three nozzle settings and the soap dispenser is really nice with the amount it puts out. There is nothing I dislike about the faucet on the contrary we love the look. It makes our kitchen look sophisticated.

Sleek, awesome and easy to install

So easy to install, a caveman can do it. What makes it easy? The top mount install (Pictured below). Once you place the deck plate down (if necessary), you simply place the top mount in the faucet (it will be labeled which part is ‘front” and you tighten it down is a allen wrench (supplied in package). Once that is installed, you are halfway there. Wait, that doesn’t sound like you are almost done, why are you playing it up? BECAUSE, you literally place the faucet onto the top mount unti...

Looks good but feels a little cheap

So so on this one so far… well packaged, nice looking faucet. Install was decent. I like the install from the top designs that are becoming more popular. The base is nice with the rubber gasket that seals down to the sink. Feeding the lines through requires a little cussin because they have just enough room to fit and they all want to go in the space for the faucet one that has the pipe… once I’m it’s pretty okay. The top didn’t want to go in the first few trys. Eventually everything snapped in...

Love My New Faucet

Love this faucet I bought it with the matching sink and soap dispenser works and looks great, similar to the higher and ones costing much more. Easy installation.

Gold faucet

Nice gold sink faucet with soap dispenser. Seams to be made well and looks good. Installation is pretty straightforward and very easy to do. Overall a nice good looking faucet that has different spray features

Allen & Roth Pull down Kitchen Faucet Matte Black

This pulldown kitchen faucet Matt black made by Allen and Roth Appears to be a decent kitchen faucet not too hard to install, but works as it should. For the price point, I would recommend this faucet

Much larger than expected. Looks great!

Faucet is much larger than I originally thought which makes it look much more expensive. Item was packaged very well and all parts needed for installation were included. The black color and matte finish is great. This unit will match the style and color scheme in my rental house. Dispenser included and very well made for the price.

Great quality. Very elegant.

Great quality and style. Includes the cover plate to transition between multiple holes to just one. Also includes a soap despinser and weight for the line to ensure the faucet snaps in place.

Beautiful upgrade

I saw this and I immediately like the style, color and feel. Easy install. Would like to review after months passed to give a proper review. I’m satisfied with this product.

Looks high end and has everything you need

This faucet is really nice. It looks high end, and has the soap dispenser and plate to cover the whole in the counter where the faucet comes through (if you need it). I do worry about some of the plastic aspects of the faucet over time, like the actual water spouts, but right now I have no complaints.

Going to be great

Absolutely gorgeous faucet!!!! Well made. Heavy duty. Sturdy. Love the pull down sprayer and how convenient the soap dispenser is! it's really going to put that final touch on the kitchen when it's done!!!!

Incredibly easy to install

The installation of this unit was phenomenal. I’ve spent a lot of time under cabinets fiddling with attachment mechanisms, and being able to do it directly from the top is just the BEST.

New sink
