Roof power vent
Would RecommendThis was a step up from our previous vent of 1200 cfm. The added capacity (1500 cfm) keeps our attic much cooler and it shuts down earlier in the evening than the previous unit. It should also reduce our power bill as well. I would recommend using a skilled roofer to install the unit. Wiring the unit in is very easy.

A Company that stands by its product
Would RecommendI purchased this item in 2014 and last year the motor froze. I contacted the company and they sent me a new motor and fan in about a week. I was very pleased with the speed of service and that the company honored their 10 year warranty and only required a proof of purchase which I was able to obtain from my MyLowes on line records.

Don't buy this unit. Junk
Would Not RecommendInstalled last year, Feb 2018. Very noisy and vibrated that end of the house, but did exhaust a considerable amount of air, so I put up with it. This year (summer 2019) the fan does not turn on. No manufacturer phone number. Planning a trip to Lowes to deal with this early failure. Cost of installation was 3 times the cost of the fan, so a refund is unacceptable.
