Thermostat doesn’t have the humidistat. But that’s on me assumed they all had that. Oh well o can add it later. Kinda loud when running but does why it say it does.

Motor quality isn't good

Not reliable, motor went out after 14 months

Quit working after 16 momths.

I have had attic fans that lasted 20 years.

Not in Store, arrived smashed $10 charge for Retur

Opened the box as soon as I got home. One side is smashed down and the mounting plate is all bent up. No Way it would not leak if installed.

Not happy with quality

I have purchased one like this one 8 months ago and the motor locked up . Also it was very noisy from the first day that was installed. Only reason I purchased new one is because I didn't want to damage my new roof pulling it out.

Garbage

Worked for a little over a year before I had to replace the motor… which has to be done from both atop the roof and inside the attic. If you’re going to make something that breaks down so quickly, the least you can do is make it easier to replace parts. I’ll never buy this brand again.

Lasted only one year.

I paid twice the item price to have a roofer installed it. Now it stop working after only one year.

Just had them installed, seem to be working well, a little loud.

works great for about a year, I have three on my roof and without fail every year for the last three years all three have failed this is a terrible product. sorry for the bad review I tried make them work

Replaced older one

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Replaced an older model where the bearing went out.

The attic vents were exactly what I needed.

I have installed attic vent fans on numerous houses that I've owned over the years. These seem to be of good quality & I like the brown color because it matches the color of my roof shingles. I just installed them & the directions were pretty good. I would purchase these again.

It worked until it no longer did.

The Air Vent 1170 CFM Electric Power Roof Vent was installed on August 6, 2024, and ceased to function on July 19, 2025. The sad thing is that it costs almost as much to return it to Air Vent, Inc. in Dallas, Texas as it cost when I purchased it. Plus, I would have an open hole in my roof while I awaited their determination for a warranty coverage, if it qualified.
