Would Not RecommendBought this to replace a 20 year old Kenmore that died day before yesterday. Not happy with the workmanship at all. Finally got it in the house and wife wanted door to swing to the left so I said no problem. Well, yes it was. The plugs in the 3 holes on the left all broke off before they would come out. Over all a fair freezer.
Would RecommendFreezer was delivered with a few marks on it. Back plate was slightly bent. One shelf was warped. Freezer is slightly noisy when condenser is working to get the temperature up. But overall a decent freezer.

The freezer is great. The only problem was delivery. We clearly stated that we lived between two bridges with 12'0" height and they would have to bring a truck lower than 12'0" to deliver the freezer. The truck that arrived was over 13'. The driver and partner had not received the info -- but they were very good about it and dollied the freezer (in the pouring rain) through the bridge and installed it, then took the old freezer and dollied it through the bridge back to the truck. Would Not RecommendWe bought this freezer 2.5 years ago and it stopped working while we were away on vacation. We lost most of the food that was in the freezer ($$$) and even though it's clearly the compressor that failed, this is excluded from the sealed system warranty that is on other models for up to 5 years. Would Not RecommendBought 1st Freezer got it home followed setup instructions plug it in, should have been done. It states, wait 6 to 8 hrs to cool down. I waited 12hrs nothing the 24hrs nothing. Take it back ASAP as return window is 48hrs. Don't have another in-stock get refund, go across town get one. Same result.
