First of all the review is not directly about product quality, as I'm sure it works fine. This is a warning about the purchasing process for this product. It does not ship directly from Lowes, but from a third party. The delivery date was 3-5 days after ordering, and a week after the delivery date expired the product hadn't even shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order since I can literally run down the street to get this, (since I was then off work and the convenience of online ordering...
