Would RecommendFan is very quiet but instructions are lacking detail. You will need to access attic to replace blown in insulation that falls down. I only had two switches so I wired the fan and main light together, night light separate, wish I did it the other way cuz night light is so dim it's almost useless.

Would Not RecommendFlex-Z-Fast bracket is a gimmick, nothing more. Did not simplify installation. Cutting template is too small, had to notch for mounting screws. Any product specifically designed for retrofit installation should allow for ceiling materials of varying thicknesses. This product does not fit in plaster.
Requires 3 switches - fan, light & night light.

And then Lowes website decided to refresh before I submitted the review. Upon the refresh, all was lost. Instead of re-typing everything all over again, I'll just leave folks to struggle with the installation. Bad website. Bad bad website.
