As others mentioned, I had to read the instructions a couple times to understand how this was intended to go together. But after that, the installation was smooth and I really like how securely the fan mounts to prevent future rattles. Would Not RecommendCFM switch doesn't work. Install instructions are crap. Very large ceiling hole needed to install (12.25in) louder than advertised, doesn't move air as well as youd expect for 110cfm
