This item installs easily, but you will have to use the online installation instructions PDF or YouTube videos because the documentation is in very small print. The fan also takes about a minute to achieve full speed. Not a big issue, but you have to get used to it. The part that is dissapointing is the yellow color temperature of the light. Would RecommendFan is super quiet and moves some air, only thing bad about the fan is the light is not bright white like other light in my bathroom. Would RecommendVery quiet, high flow fan with bright LED light + nightlight. Uses 6" ducting vs usual 4", for much better performance. Advertised as for new construction (full access mounting) or retrofit (limited access from room side only). That would be very difficult, especially using the horrible retrofit folding frame.
