Partially Assembled
Would Not RecommendDelivered today assembled with not all of the screws in place. Told my wife where some of the screws were (inside of the smoker) instead of properly assembling. I get home and inspected the grill to find out that not all screws were there to be installed. I’m very disappointed in my order and the assembly team from Lowe’s.

Would Not RecommendPropane and charcoal sections work fairly well, heat retention isn't great due to build quality. Sections don't seal. Smoking is not an option with this grill. Air flow control does nothing due to multiple gaps in seems.

Assembly was simple and all parts are well built

Product was damaged from the time of purchase. Was told to take pictures for a discount which I did. All they gave me was a 15 percent refund the grill was dented in 4 or 5 places and looked terrible. I spent over 700 o tgat day on grill and tank and got a lousy 15% refund. Rip. Off. It's the last thing I buy from Lowes

Non-existent Warming Racks -- avoid!
Would Not RecommendWebsite is misleading in that it shows warming racks on this thing. Got talked into just buying the warming racks but there's no way to mount them without a template and slots. Avoid future frustration and avoid this brand at all cost. Should've just went with a stainless competitor instead of this garbage.
