Don’t use a wet saw on ceramic tiles with this

I like how easy to apply to my wall this is. The only complaint I have and, it is user error is, you CAN’T use a wet saw and then apply these to your wall immediately after cutting. The tile has to be completely dry upon installing. You also have to make sure when using a tile snap ( dry cutting) that there isn’t and dust on the back surface. Good, details could be improved

This is a good product, but the pack out around a giant tube that wastes 8inches of product is disappointing. Also it’s pretty expensive for just 15sq ft

Should lay tile piece by peice instead of the mes

A lot quicker than doing the traditional way. Stuck good but did have one section come off. Once everything is grouted it sets up really good. Turned out amazing. Not sure on the long run though how well it will work.

Use with individual tiles

Individual tile worked fine. Tile mats not so good.

Wow!

At the end of a full remodel project on my childhood home, we made a decision to inteoduce tile in the form of a kitchen backsplash. I’ve always hired someone for the tile work, buy decided to give it a go myself. Used Musselbpund and premixed grout. Couldn not have been happier with the outcome and wonder whay anyone would go thepugh all the mess of a traditional install. Great product and great putcome if i may say so myself. Doesn't Work, don't waste your money!

Bought 2 of these rolls at Lowes and followed the directions to the letter, putting over dry wall for a backsplash. Waited a couple of days to place the tile and the longer the MusselBound was on the wall the more bubbles appeared and it was lifting from the wall. Skeptical at first but it worked like a charm.

Easy to use. Not forgiving once tile is firmly pressed on. Makesure you wipe down your walls and let it dry before you apply bonding mat. Same for your tile wipe and let dry completely. Use a degreaser type cleaner around the wall stove area. Look for waves in your wall and fix before you start. Apply bonding mat from top to bottom, not parallel to your counter top. This stuff sucks for Mosaic Tile.

I wished I would have just used mortar this stuff does not allow you to reposition tile and when you rip it off so many times it loses stickiness. When you try to replace it rips the paint and paper off the drywall. Waste of money. We would have been done in half the time with mortar

Be sure to secure it to the wall

I’ve started tiling my kitchen backsplash with this product and so far so good. Once I put it on the wall, I take a putty knife over it (while the paper is still on) and then take my rubber float over it to work out any bubbles. I am working in sections, leaving the tile to sit for a couple of days before moving on & that seems to be working for me.

Great product, would be cheaper without the spacer

The product works great. I wish they still sold the adhesive without the spacers. I don't need to be accumulating them with every roll and makes the product almost too expensive to purchase

I love using this product for installing tile on my walls. Works great helps me align the work easier.

Amazing

We wanted to tile the face of our fireplace and unfortunately, no one wanted to take on a small job so we decided to try this. Worst case scenario we rip it off and just keep waiting until we could find somebody. It was so easy! It adhered to our cement board no problem and it gave us the luxury of doing the project in segments because we weren’t working with something that dried. Amazing for DIY

My Tile Man didn’t get back to me in time so I decided to DIY my laundry room. My sister told me about this product and it was so incredibly easy. I didn’t have a lot of cuts to do so it was pretty straightforward. The learning curve is that once the tile is down it’s a really really hard to re adjust. But once you get the flow of things I was able to tile my laundry room in a couple hours and I grabbed that evening it looks incredible and it was a mess free and I saved a bunch of money

Will buy again

Works way better than I expected. Actually needed a a hammer to lift pieces I needed to adjust. Easy to use, great hold. Quick replacement for mortar base.
