Buyer beware of Lowe’s customer service
Never received the microwave oven I ordered and it was charged to my Lowe’s account. It was shipped to someone in North Carolina. I reside in Connecticut. Very disappointed in Lowe’s customer service. I was told I had to resolve the problem myself with Fed Ex. I’ll never order from Lowe’s again
