Not the best but pretty

Built cheaply. The springs that hold the strands are weak. They’ve all broken. Be sure to get extra ground stakes. The four in the box are not enough even with light wind. Looks beautiful but get ready to rig it together.

Good purchase.

Got it at 1/2 price close to Christmas and are very pleased with it. Easy to assemble and while it comes with ground stakes, we have it next to the house and kept in place with weights on the base and tied higher up with fishing line. It looks great, has a number of different patterns and has gotten several positive compliments. Good purchase.

Great options for different lighting sequences

This is a solid product that has done good in all winter weather conditions so far. I like all the different configurations of lighting options.

Beautiful in concept; practically unusable

Lights quickly became tangled trying to set-up, star broke on the top, and the central pole is rusty-- all in year 1!

Does anybody have a number and parts list to buy a remote. My remote was missing.

Very poorly designed

Tree looks beautiful in the yard, but the strings keep snapping. So far we have had to repair 6 of the strings and are running out of replacement parts & every time it snaps, it's shorter. Can't believe we paid so much for this piece of trash. I'm sure we will not even attempt to put it up next year. Do not buy if you want to remain sane. Now they have it on sale for less than 1/4 of what we paid!! What a scam!

Beautiful, bright and lots of options for light display. Fairly easy to put up. If I could dock half a star I would for the fact that one of the lights are out on the tree; always frustrating when you spend what I think is a lot of money for something and it doesn’t even work as it should. Since it took so long to ship it’s not worth it to return for one that’s operating 100%. Plenty of other lights on the tree so it’s not very easy to pick out, however due to the spacing of the lights it is no...

Poor quality for cost

If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased this item in early November online. I put it up shortly after thanksgiving. It was up for less than 3 weeks and it suddenly stopped working. I did all the online suggestions of how to fix it (unplugging for 15-30 seconds; holding the control 15-30 seconds) and nothing worked. There are two lights at the very top that are flashing but that’s all that’s working. I emailed customer service and the automatic response was I’d hear back in 3 days. I didn’t...
